Organising for Social Change: Strategy, Governance and Innovation

In this postgraduate course, students are given the opportunity to learn directly from 3rd sector social enterprise managers about the challenges faced by them in terms of organisational design, operational management, and regulatory oversight. In addition to receiving input from these professionals via guest lectures, students undertake at least two days on placement as a volunteer with local organisations, doing fieldwork to help support their own learning and understanding of the topics and themes of the course.
